6. No Guarantee of Offer, Approval, or Funding

Use of the Services does not create any right or expectation of approval, of receipt of an offer, of funding speed, or of any particular loan amount, APR, or repayment period. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORTRESS LOAN AND FINANCE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, VENDORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, YOUR RELIANCE ON THIRD-PARTY OFFERS, OR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY LENDER OR NETWORK, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fortress Loan and Finance LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your misuse of the Services, breach of these Terms, submission of false information, violation of law, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

14. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice where legally permitted, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if we believe a user has violated these Terms, submitted suspicious or fraudulent information, created a security risk, interfered with system integrity, or otherwise exposed Fortress or third parties to legal or operational harm.

15. Governing Law; Venue; Severability

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law without regard to conflicts-of-law principles, except to the extent consumer protection law requires another rule.
